I loved this product definitely good for me to wear while i worked and did a lot of walking it will sweat your stomach up lol helping lose those inches need to get another one as soon as i get the money i wore mine out

Based on my height and weight 54 197lbs it was suggested to get a 2x but i was barely able to get it buckled and i was worried it would break so i sent it back and bought the 3x instead
