Too dangerous. They are virtually useless.
It’s not accurate enough to be useful for anything less than a 10 or 15 psi drop. I see that the end popped off one of these valve stem pressure testers. Removed these caps & inflated tires and they hold air.

Great indicator for air having had them on our vehicles one set failed and made the tyres go flat this happened a couple of times resulting on damaging one tyre that had to be replaced so would not recommend these
