They stand behind there products and the warranty department is very helpful. rinse/repeat test.

Product works just as described. Great to have in your bag of tricks. Works with or without touch.

Extended travel with surface. Crank it up. Pretty simple install and self explanatory. I'm aware of other reviewers complains on the cable that it separates easily.

Cons

This is the first anker product that hasn't worked like a charm for me. The strain relief boot is so poor that the cable frayed to the point of breaking. I no longer use the ethernet port and the usb ports are starting to flake out.

Too much work. This is repeatable.
