Noise cancelation works perfectly. The headband is comfortable during long use. The cushion is nice and comfortable.

I hope that my situation was just an anomaly, since everyone else put good reviews. I'm not sure it this is a unique issue or if everyone hears this as well. Contemplating to return.

Touch gimmicky, and worse than normal */switches. The touch pad is next to useless. The controls seem like an okay idea but not great execution.

They were under warranty and are shipping me another set of headphones
