All it did was sit on the counter in our kitchen and we would charge our phones with it periodically so it’s not like it was being thrown around

It basically quit charging the devises a few days after we couldn’t return it

My kids have been murder on the original apple cables always using their devices will charging and as a result many of them separated at the joints and then they would stop working altogether

I say about because two of them i had just stopped working after many months of use even though there was no visible sign of breaking at the joint like the apple cords would get after the same amount of time

I hear all these great things about customer service but after the last two cords crapping out way before they were supposed to lasting at least 3 months each i’m not impressed

I went for a second opinion and i brought it to a local phone repair guy with 5 star ratings on yelp and he actually told me to go ahead and search on amazon for anker phone charger and to buy it
