After a couple of weeks the battery did not want to charge anymore now i have to leave my laptop plugged in all the time or else it will just dieeditafter getting a hold of costumer service they were very friendly helpful and sympathetic and explained to me that there is a rare occasion that a battery is defective

Totally happy with my purchase although once in a while there are hiccups where it wont charge or windows is annoying and keeps saying it doesnt detect it but it still woks
