This fits my son pretty well. I'm 5'9 male and got an xl and it fit perfectly! I ordered a size up because i suspected it was asian sizing.
It's amazing and accurate. No rips no issues. Good quality.
Fabric is not flimsy costume shop quality. Comes with belt and hairpin. Sleeves are curved like in the anime!
Wore this for anime impulse and was complimented on the design. My niece's favorite outfit now. Arrived faster than expected too!
Cons
Absolutely tiny, for tiny shouldered anorexic people.

I’m a 6’3” american male and i sized up to xl but honestly xxl might’ve been better

The legs are a bit too short and the shirt feels like an american medium shirt

The one thing i’m dissatisfied with are the shin wraps they’re either massive like my neck size or can barely fit on my wrist
