Hers is quintessential concern for animal welfare without the anthropomorphism. She has an innate talent that gives her the ability of understanding animals on their terms and level. I admire how she tries to make an unfortunate situation less dire.

One for granddaughter in vet school and one for another granddaughter studying pet grooming. Any creature with the ability to love has a sould.



Cons

This book is so scientifically written that it reads like a thesis. Mostly cites scientific studies and is very dry, boring reading. The only good info in this section is cited from patricia mcconnell.
