Pros

This socket is amazing! I have a 25 year old hurricane lamp that stopped working months ago, i was heartbroken as we were unable to find a switch until we found this one. Purchased as replacement for an old lamp with night light.

Cons

The light tends to flicker when i turn the switch to the off position. They are an entirely different product that is meant to be used with multiple light bulbs in parallel.
