If i were to want it firmer, it's an easy thing to buy some matting/stuffing and add to it, easy peasy. The pillow itself has a zipper also so you can customize the level of stuffing.

Loooove this pregnancy pillow. Total game changer. I am loving this pillow.

Cons

The filling isn’t even close to my old one. It's very stiff and very packed with stuffing. The stuffing is lumpy and not consistent. I let hit sit for 3 days to fluff up and its still very thin and flat.

Will never recommend this seller. How in the world is this the 2021 version of my same exact beloved 2019 pregnancy pillow? After 2. Disappointed in this product and returning it.

The photo is quite misleading in regards to how plush this pillow is. The jersey knit cover is nice but the pillow went immediately back into the box. The pillow is not big and fluffy as in the picture and video.

Average shirt size is xl to xxl. It is almost too round and over stuffed in this area. It offers zero support for you shoulder, belly, back and might as well have a sheet between my legs.
