The monitor works great but give it four stars because it was very difficult to assemble the base of mononitor is a bit difficult to assemble

We purchased this monitor in july 2012 for a point of sale cash register it is now october 9th 2013

Also we never had to run the calibration software since it was purchased not even once was it required

Our elos had to have the calibration software run a couple of times just to get the touch screen accurate
