Cleaning and maintenance is difficult on the machine. Impossible to disassemble for cleaning purpose. In the product description says that it detects counterfeit - it does not. Very dissatisfied and frustrated.
The product jams every time, even with only a few bills. And that’s not including all the times it would get jammed. I want to speak with the vendor because this product never did what it was supposed to.

The last one we had was good then bought another it seemed to mis count every time was out by 14 bills returning it will order another one and hope it works better
