Pros
The pillow is soft and cuddly. It is machine washable. It has just the right amount of fluff.
Got this pillow for my 2 year old grandson. My granddaughter loves her pillow!
This is a must try and you will be absolutely delighted. Unbelieveable pillow. Wonderful follow up from the company.
Using for nap time on a cot at a daycare. Although he falls asleep on the pillow, the rest of the night it is just another object to cuddle with in the crib.
There is no need for a pillowcase but that is always an option. The only concern i have is that it's a bit thick for a toddler. I think it absolutely great that this company offers to add or take away the insides of the pillow if need be.
Cons
Tried contacting the company about the issue and never got a response. Was pretty disappointed about that. I feel like it's pretty flat and floppy.
