Pros
The foam is very sturdy and i like that the lower half of the wedge can be folded on to the top wedge to make a rectangle. I have reflux issues and this seems to help that when i am sleeping.

Also i would have liked the product to have been a little bigger so when you lay down you are more at a 45 degree angle instead of 30 degrees
