Glass bowl sits perfectly in a sturdy cradle on effective rubber, heat proof pads. Good product apart from the too flimsy upper rack. The most useful thing in my kitchen.

There was a loud whirring noise and a burning smell. Sometimes won't turn itself off at end of cooking time.

It is now 21st february 2019 and i have received no refund and no further communication from this company. It is outrageous that they could even suggest such an undertaking for a brand new product. It's now out of warranty.

Sometimes stops of its own accord - sometimes with a tap. I have no workspace that the lid can uplifted.
