Pros
Capsules have greatly improved my irritable gut. Haven't had to take any of my normal otc stuff. It is incredibly sweet you can mix safely in your yogurt and it helps to cut the sweetness!
Cons
The are othe brands who do the same and really work. Tried it again after a week for 1 day and got another migraine for two days. Total rip off and shady.
The product is marketed as 90 pills, but send a bottle of 30. Seems they did away with it and put it in a pill form. They get stuck in my esophagus. Luckily the bottle was sealed but had the broken capsule.
