I use this on my armpits to reduce smell and it works so well! Pro spray it, rub it in & massage well.

Muscle cramps are relieved almost instantly after spraying magnesium oil on the cramping area. It takes time to replenish your magnesium levels when you start experiencing charley-horse cramping so expect improvement in weeks.

Cons
