Cons

It's not magnesium oil. The "tingling" they claim is definitely more of a burn. Drys to a sticky film. Ineffective and drips down my knee and leg.

Is this product refundable? Amazon says i can't return it. That is very disappointing. I wish there had been a note that this was not returnable.

I get drowsy after about an hour an a half and sleep through the night

I have a sensitive stomach and can’t find a magnesium supplement that i can tolerate no matter how good the brand
