Pros & Cons
Pros
I like the gel better because it is a more manageable consistency. The packaging is substantial, attractive, modern and sleek. The product works well.
It soaks in pretty readily, and i was able to get up without fear of it coming off. It's a little sticky due to us being in a humid area. Only downside, is that it is real greasy on the sheets but worth it for the relief she gets.
This is a great way to get magnesium intake especially for people who don't tolerate taking it *. It lasts a long time and doesn't seem to expire. It takes away all my aches and pains.
Cons
It dries on the skin and makes your skin feel like wrinkled parchment paper. Once it is dry it's a flaky mess. After 3 days of use the * had all but disappeared.
Magnesium gel is not as good as the magnesium lotion which i could not locate on the website. Nothing in the ingredients suggests there should be an issue. This stuff burns and does not absorb into the skin.
