It comes with a washer and plumbers tape which you wrap around the thread of the shower head to make a water tight seal

The base and hose were fine but the head was clogged and had quite a bit of build up on it

I only marked it down a star as we cant find the rain water setting depicted in the bottom of the first thumbnail
