Easy and intuitive to use. Very easy to use when reading or clearing codes.
The screen is well sized. Built in battery features including battery life diagnostic is very handy. Must signup for support.
Cons
Be careful. Just like any other lower priced scanner. Go with another brand.
Disconnect the piston motor and use a 12v power source to retract it. Followed onscreen steps, but always got the same error.

I am not sure why these ship with such an old version of the software but once you update the device all of the functionality you want is there

I just wished that the documentation that came with it was clear on this as we would see a higher review on here from me if i hadnt had to waste a bunch of time getting the reader to work
