My ipod coincidentally broke yesterday so ive had to use my phone and with that in my pocket it was cumbersome

I wouldnt recommend keeping your keys in the armband either as they suggest if youre using it for your phone as the pocket really would only fit a phone safely and then the keys could potentially scratch the phone or dig into your arm

Also lightweight as it says wouldnt really notice its there if you had no phone in it

I went out running with this attached to my arm and it didnt move once i have had other arm cases before which then let sweat through to my phone or ipod and so then damage them this one didnt

You can change how tight the band is meaning it is compatible for most people
