Pros

Durable, full featured and compact to keep in your glove box. Once you thumb around the menu for a minute or two, the readouts are self explanatory. Only complaint is that the enter button is the left button.

This product is in the "goldilocks" zone, not too cheesy and not too expensive. Up for labor charges for any job at a dealership/service dept in my area. Was able to repair everything myself and save her $100 an hour in shop time.

Used it right away on my ‘05 durango and ‘04 ram pickup. Jk lol does great, for someone like me that will do some of my own car maintenance this is great to have.

Cons

Tried to use this product on my 2011 mini cooper and it was unable to read the codes. Would not communicate with my computers. Tried for over 2 hours to get product info to download. Does not work with 2014 honda crv.

Thinkin it defective checked it on 2010 rav4 and it fired right up

Used this reader to clear the codes as well as confirm the evap system reset and the light did not come back on afterwards

This scanner is great for the price point and reliable
