Pros
Having a case or two in the pantry in case of emergency is a good idea. It is convenient because you do not need a can opener for it.
Love amy's minestrone soup. Always a few cans of amy's organic soups in my cupboard. All of amy’s low sodium soups are well blended for flavor yet low in sodium.
This is a veggie and noodle dish. Lots of veggies and noodles. Full meal with salad, crackers or bread.
This soup has flavor, not as bland as other low sodium soups. It's pricey for canned soup, but overall a great deal in terms of flavor. The soups are a quick and delicious way to have a meal without long preps.
Cons

Salt can always be gently added to taste but sodium can never be removed once it’s in the soup when it’s made

I tried several different kinds of this brand and i can tell you even if you dont feel like cooking this is not an acceptable alternative
