    Check your water pressure gauges available on amazon for about 12 15 and pump up the expansion tank to that same approx psi pressure

    I tried using teflon tape on the threads to seal the tank connection but i had a 2 3 dropsaday seeping leak that wouldnt stop so i removed the tank and used plumbers dope on the tank threads

    Not sure if it was bad but decided to go ahead and put a new one on anyway as the bladders will go bad and it was 17 years old
