A quick inspection found that that an electric lead was broken on the led bulb so i quickly fixed it with a soldering iron a skill i suspect the average buyer does not have

The construction is basically a fabric ghost with silk screened face that drapes over a round paper lantern that has an led multicolor light bulb inside
