Pros

This is a good-sized bag of instant oats…which are actually the real-thing rolled oats that have been ground finer so they cook quicker. It comes in a sturdy bag (different packaging than shown on the amazon page) that is resealable.

Amrita foods gluten free instant oats… i have to find safe gf oats. This flour is fresh and it has a nice nutty texture and flavor. I keep all my different flours in the refrigerator or freezer to keep them fresh.

I like the ethos of the company and that they have an allergen-free facility. It usually requires a little fine tuning, but the result generally stands up well. It gets 2 thumbs up from me.

I love that these are made in the usa

It’s not something i use regularly so i store mine in ziplock bags in the freezer where it stays fresh longer
