With such options that connect to a tablet or smart phone one of the issues ive come across is that the device that is supposed to wake you up is powered by bluetooth and that it will come unpaired at night

This is not a problem with the tcl pulse because the tcl pulse only needs to remain paired with your idevice when you are setting the alarm

It seems slightly slow to connect via bluetooth to my phone sometimes but its a minor inconvenience

They offer 4 different audio alarm and vibrate volume and power settings
