A rubber cover on the usb charging port probably essential to prevent rain from shorting out the electronics came off and was lost for a few days

Some also have faulted that the zipper to open it up is on one side and the activation button on the other meaning you have to choose which to put at the back

The button is low enough that most people can probably reach behind for it but perhaps not if they have a limited range of arm or shoulder motion
