Pros

The stretchy belt is adjustable and ensures a snug, bounce-free fit. The straps are somewhat elastic too. They are not a deal breaker for me.

Running to whatever pandora list suits your mood that day. It is the pocket that my workout clothes don't have. It holds my phone, keys, and sports nutrition.

Cons

Very disappointed in this product. The waist band is too big for me (5'7, 115 lbs)!

I can fit the pouch part on the small of my back and run with very little bounce in the pack

Ive never had sweat penetrate into the pack even after a long run

There are really two separate pockets within the pack
