Pros

The flavor is bold and fresher than anything i’ve ever met out of a tube. Bursting with garden-fresh flavor. Perfect amount of spice and not super salty.

It stores conveniently in the fridge after opening. It's not as strong as its fresh counterpart, but it's good. Leary of consuming but appeared to be fresh damage in shipping.

My favorite pasta is colavita fettucine and i sautee about 1/4cup amore garlic paste. Will try it in my tex-mex cornbread.

I start my red sauce sauté vegetables then add 2 tbs of this and it's perfection. Had it with gluten free pasta and shiitake mushrooms.

Cons

I realize pesto should be oily, but this is more like a fast-food greasy sensation. No garlic flavor.
