The leds are whiter and brighter than the incandescent lamps. My microwave uses two of them on the underside.

Ended up getting 6 bulbs 3 regular and three led

I bought the combo pack as i was worried the led lamps might flicker when on the low brightness setting so i could use the incandescent if it was annoying

If you leave them on all the time the leds are the way to go
