I bought two sets of these and they arrived very quickly but unfortunately the longer pieces for two of the shelves were broken and unusable

I sent the seller a simple note through the contact seller option on amazon stating that two of the shelves were broken and that i needed replacements

Within a couple hours i got a very courteous reply from the seller apologizing for the damage

The seller shipped me two new bookshelves expedited i might add at no additional fee and they told me that i could simply dispose of the damaged shelves

Keep in mind that you get what you pay for if you are expecting the best possible quality bookshelves that can be bought on the internet this is not the set for you

The back of the shelf is little cheap its just a big piece of cardboard black paper

There are definetly some places where the makers of this unit skimmped to make it a cheaper product im ok with that though

Do they peel the laminate if you tape something to it and rip off the tape
