The hand crank is terribly loud and annoying for the next 40 minutes of cranking. The gearing is very rough and being made of plastic i doubt it will hold up to any amount of use.
Amazon requires you to return the item to get a replacement or refund. Problem is that this item is not returnable after 30 days. Sincerely, this is the worst product of any kind i've ever purchased. We sincerely apologize.
This churn, at first glance, looks pretty nice. Would not churn ice cream. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this chinese made piece of junk!
