Pros

The bag is durable, keeps water and (most) dirt/dust out when fully closed. The bags maintain there shape even when empty because of some kind of foam in the material lining. The top folds over, so no dust or debris can get inside of it.

Top bags are cinched all the way up. Will still allow access to the front storage by undoing the straps on the top bag. Plus velcro always wears out over time.

The draw string on top of the bottle holder works great for securing your drink in place. The water bottle holder seems to be insulated. It works great and easily hold a 20oz soda bottle.

Fits a hoodie, small tools and first aid kit. Front phone compartment is large enough and well padded for the larges of smartphones. There is some kind of padding or thin insulation that make the compartments hold their shape.

Cons

Problems however outweigh the positives. Tops are extra long and fold over before being able to latch.
