They are hard to install. The bolts are so tight to the housing no socket will fit. They are actually drawn wrong.

I bought this to replace a broken one and they worked pretty good good quality
The bad ive been using this stick for about three months now on just about a daily basis

But be prepared to buy a different retaining clip or use your old one because the one that comes with it does not stay in place

These were very simple to install and do so just like the happ joysticks i at first thought something was wrong when i installed them but noticed i put the restrictor at the end of the stick that makes contact with the switches in the 4 way position and not the 8 way that i needed

The stock microswitches are very loud and stiff there not terrible but i swapped them out with some cherry switches i had and intend to do the same with some vintage matsushita switches on my other joystick

The texture it feels a little cheaper in my opinion but this is more nit picky then anything

Honestly these are some decent joysticks and you really cant beat the price if you need two or more joysticks for a game i intend to do a nba jam cab down the line and to buy happ sticks would be 80 while it will only be 40 with these

Just remember if your buying these for a 601 or similar the games cant register the 8 way input and must have the restrictor in the 4 way position
