Pros
While not listed as dual-flush, flushing basically works that way. Flushing is much quieter than my old toilet. It flushes nicely even large amounts of matter.
Use a short scrap of 2x6 wood stud from an unrelated project, to stage the toilet over the waste line. In a pinch the overflow tube could be replaced with a taller one for even more capacity.
The skirted bottom looks attractive and is easy to clean. Easy to clean because it has no indentations or bulges. An easy wipe.

American standard cadet-3 concealed. Wife loves the clean lines which is why we opted for a concealed trap.
Cons
Two of the three toilets are essentially unusable. There is almost no way to get at the lock nut in the back, way up in a recessed area. It is more difficult to install as others have said.
The supplied seat on the unit we bought is cheap, flimsy plastic. The seat is difficult to install since you can't get at the bolt assembly easily. With my new elongated toilet it's harder to reach the sink while seated.
Nice looking but a disappointment. Absolute nightmare to install.
