Pros

The brushed nickel finish looks nice and the threads were in good shape so i had no issues installing. The chrome finish is deeply polished, flawless. Nice quality, matches other satin nickel finishes.

I was impressed with the care used in packing these two items. Works as expected. No flopping around.

Nice and sturdy. Good value for a buck.

The escutcheon is heavy gauge metal. No stamped parts, all solid, cast and drawn metals.

The fit and finish of the arm and * is second to none. The * with the gasket in the middle is brilliant. It’s heavy and the * fits nice and snug.

Cons

The short end of this pipe was not finished properly. It was chromed like this. Delayed my project another week due to poor qc at american standard.
