Good flavor and no noticeable difference in finished product from home made. This product is always fresh. It is so yummy. The texture is perfect.

Amazing almond paste. This almond paste is an excellent value.

The paste works well in recipes and turns out without being gritty. It also helps the cakes - which have been soaked in rum - from drying out. Use it in your favorite italian rainbow layer cookies and pignolis.

Ounce portions can be stored in the fridge or freezer. Freezes beautifully. Easy to store in the freezer or fridge.
