Pros

Tam is the easiest, safest, most economical and best performing product yet. And the price is excellent! It works far better than the * store ducosate sodium and sennosides stimulant laxatives.

Product works well with no cramping. No horrible cramps or nausea. It gives you a gentle cleanse without the cramp.

I use 5 tablets night along with 5 tablets of pure senna. Will take anywhere from 3 - 4 at bedtime. Small tablets save space over capsules.

Cons

Amazon will say that it is still ok, but normally i get product that is 24~30 months away from the expiration date.
