Doesn't have as much chalky taste as tums & imo, works better. The texture isn't too bad, not super chalky and easy to chew. These are very pleasantly flavored and small, so you choose the amount of enzymatic help you need.

If you take multi-vitamins or calcium (any kind of large tablet or one that feels like it sits in your stomach) this makes the breakdown much easier. Three pills after every meal really helps.

This enzyme works well for occasional stomach upset & aids in digesting problem foods. Great for indigestion as well. Helps with my heartburn too.

Sucrose, maltose, and fructose. Not good for immunocompromised. It’s chalky in texture and leaves pieces between my teeth.
