Pros

This kicks restless leg syndrome in the pants. Gives me the rest of sleep and ease's the discomfort from arthritis and minor aches. But honestly this helps me relax.

Ester c is more bioavailable than ascorbic acid and won't upset your stomach. My body is to acidic so i have to take esther c. Esther c is an ester.

Cons

No hint of promised peppermint. Smells like rancid motor oil. At best,it is an omega oil that at least doesn't taste like fish.

It does nothing for pain or sleep. Maybe not higher enough dosage. My search continues for a naturally made supplement.
