The installation is a little tricky. The instructions are very intuative and leave nothing to guess. The lock is very easy to install if you are replacing an existing lock, the instruction is very clear.

Touch screen is solid. The touchpad is very responsive and looks very sleek. The backlit numbers are very easy to see at night.

Metal frame outside with rubber seal to prevent moisture/water getting into the door. Touchpad fits nicely on the treated surface of the door. The feel of the lock engaging and disengaging is smooth.

Cons

Sometimes the numbers light up after a couple seconds, sometimes never, sometimes they flicker to life for only a moment. Sometimes it gets into a state where it's locked, but it won't accept any unlock code unless you lock it again first.
