Initially this worked great but it failed and i was unable to reinstall caleb from tech support was able to assist in the reconfiguration of the camera and i appreciate his help

Jeremy took the time to take remote control of my laptop and spent several minutes to correct the issue and complete the installation and wifi setup

The main issue is that the set up insturctions are too complicated and need to be simplifiedthe telephone assitance is very helpful

I purchased the 2nd camera at the end of november 2017 and now was ready to install it 2 months later

After following the same process as the 1st camera i had an issue with setting up the 2nd unit via wifi however after calling amcrest tech support agent tanya assisted me in resolving the issue quickly by enabling the p2p setting
