The reason i had to call in was because after hurricane irma we lost power for 5 days and the cable internet service was down for about 6 to 7 days and for what ever reason once power and cable service was restorei couldnt see my cameras remotely thats when amanda came into the picture thanks you for your time and for helping me outi recommend using amcrest good product and great tech support

Amanda of tech support she was great very friendly and she sure knows what she was doing she remote in into my computerand took over and set up my wifi cameras to be view on line
