The directions are set up in a weird order on the page so watch that when youre setting it up

I would suggest that when you set it up first set it up connected to your router directly and it will give you an ip address for your camera

Once you have the video showing on your computer screen then you will have to go into wifi connection set up click to save it then go to the bottom settings in system and at the bottom it says reboot

As soon as you hit reboot unplug the wired connection and when its done it will set you up with another wireless ip address

Then go back and reopen your ip camera tool program and the new ip address should show up and then click on it and you should be able to see the video again

I had a couple issues when i was originally setting this up so i called the tech support and was able to get help right away
