The amber color is so much more calming than bright white. They provide a warm amber light at night that makes you walk around confidently. We have them all over the house so that the littles can use the bathroom or get a drink of water.

I thought they would be a bit more of an orange color and less light so i’m hoping they aren’t messing up my circadian rhythm when i get up at night

The worst part about old traditional night lights is i always felt like it was hard to fall asleep after getting up

With these night lights they are bright enough to warmly light up the hall way and bathrooms but i know they don’t emit any blue light so they aren’t affecting our sleep or circadian rhythms
