Pros
Wrist pad has more cushioning for my wrist & so i like it better. Works great with the logi ergonomic mouse. If you are looking for a mousepad with a wrist wrest, this is great value.
Has lasted longer than previous types with no issues of material fraying, coffee-staining or delaminating. It's been over a year and is still in mint condition with a kid using it. The only question is longevity but at the moment i'm very pleased.
Cons

What doesn't work, it has a strong smell like mildew or mould. Very dissatisfied. Couldn't leave it in my office due to such strong odor.

If one uses to support wrist i think it would constrict blood supply and ultimately offset its benefits

But i have an ergonomic mouse logitech mx vertical so maybe a basic mat would have been better for me
