This fits my ipad pro 2021. Seems there is a locking mechanism inside ipad now. I use it to connect my drone to my ipad air 2 tablet. Charges wayyyyy faster than old usb port.
The durability of the port and the design of it is good it is very sturdy product and very well packaged. Thick and sturdy. Wet durable and well made.
This one works! Recommend it. Bought this 2 weeks ago.
Cons
Both cables have the exact same problem. It keeps connecting and disconnecting during charging constantly. Apple original cable 0 disconnects. Amazon basics usb-c to lightning cable is the faulty one.
This is advertised to fit iphone 12, but does not fit. Their product stinks, their warranty service is worse. Shame me twice….

I tried a few cheaper cables like 3 for 12 and found their lightning cable slipped out at the slightest touch
