Pros
Hand blender comes with a whisk and cup and food processor cup. I'm very impressed and hope it lasts longer than the breville. The head on this hand blender is magic.
The immersion mixer is very powerful. It has great power for chopping/blending. It feels like professional from the stainless body to the 500 watt power.
The blade piece detaches for easy cleaning. It’s much easier to handle and take apart for rinsing out. It's easy to clean, just detach the stem with the blade, wash & dry!
Cons
Big deal breaker is, when you clean this unit, water gets trapped inside the lid for the chopper! It’s hard to clean and leaks water everywhere. Used perhaps 12 times and never mistreated or abused it.
If you want smoothies great, if you just want to bend something forget. Even at its slowest setting it creates a vortex and the poorly designed mixer end alternately cavitates and then fires gouts of liquid back up the vortex at your face. The blender... Read More
